  • Complicated patterns/designs/environmental scenes

I. PAYMENT

  • I reserve the right to deny, refuse, discontinue a commission at any time with full refund

  • Full payment after a sketch is done

  • Payment will be through PayPal and USD only except Taiwanese clients

  • Prices are non-negotiable

  • You may not issue any refund after an artwork is done

  • Oc/design adoption is not refund-able nor resell with higher amount when purchased

II. COMMISSION PROCESS

  • GENERAL
    ✦ I will show you sketch first before processing lineart
    ✦ Won't be able to make any big changes or revisions after starting with line art, please make sure before carrying it up
    ✦ I will show you WIPs in lower resolution
    ✦ Turnaround time: 1-2 months depends on my schedule
    ✦ Please do not ask for suggestive content with my ocs in Toyhouse
    ✦ Delivered files that uploaded to google drive will only last for 1 month, please contact me if lost it

  • KOFI OMAKASE
    ✦ There will be NO WIPs nor contact during working phase, will go straight to delivery once the art is done
    ✦ Revision available only if there’s error on character (e.g. lacking cloth/accessories or wrong patterns)

III. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

  • I own the rights of any commissioned works

  • Commissioned art will post publicly in 2 days after delivery, please inform beforehand if preferred to stay private or hoped to published after certain date

  • Commissioned art can't be edited without permission, nor used for commercial purposes (I can do minor edit or crop for you)

  • Please credit me properly whenever needed

  • If not sure about anything, please email me to confirm

IV. ABOUT CHARACTER/DESIGN SALE

  • ✔️YOU CAN
    ✦ Use the character for personal use
    ✦ Rename, give personality, change gender, make fanart or commission, etc.
    ✦ Use it for a story, rp, pokesona/fursona
    ✦ Please credit me where necessary

  • ❌YOU CAN NOT:
    ✦ Claim the art or the design as your own or remove my signature
    ✦ Request refund
    ✦ Resell it more then the amount you bought
    ✦ Involve any related process into AI or NFTs

V. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIONS

  • Use commissioned art except commissioner or character owner

  • Claim the artwork as yours

  • Heavily referenced or trace my works

  • Remove my watermark or signature

  • Paint over, color in or edit my sketch/lineart

  • Commission AI generated/traced character or using AI generated/traced artwork as reference

  • Using any of my work for NFT-related purpose or apply in AI programs.
    You will resulted in public call out if get caught

  • Commission type and character count

  • Level of shading

  • Pose, idea, personality, other reference (optional)

  • Clear character reference sheet or art (the more the better!)

  • Where to deliver the artwork when it's done (e.g. email, twitter dm, etc)
